bugmughug has confessed to once stealing his mates’ personalised number plate, worth well over £2000! He then encouraged his mate to call the police and tell them it had been stolen.  bugmughug then screwed the number plate back on before the police arrived, and hence his mate had a right old telling off from the Old Bill for wasting their time lol!!!
