Last Friday, 30th July, we had a fantastic share of the £8,888 Guaranteed Jackpot! Mary60 and murtnat got a whopping £4,444 each! We are still after an interview with murtnat but, mary60, the lovely grandmother of two youngsters and proud mum of a veteran soldier, who has been in the army for 19 years, was very happy to talk to our very own FortuneCookie!

Cookie: How did you find out that you’d won?
Mary60: I didn’t. I just happened to log into my account on Saturday to play some bingo, cause I’m retired you see so I love playing on the scratch cards. When I got into the account, I saw that my balance was up by £4,444 and I didn’t have any money in it the night before.! I just knew it must have been the £8,888 jackpot, so I went to help to be sure!
Cookie: How did it feel to win?
Mary60: I still can’t believe it. I called my son, he was very excited and happy for me, and we went shopping and celebrating today. I’m still trying to figure out how to get it in my bank, I’m not that good on the computer and couldn’t remember my e-mail address to contact support.
Cookie: I see that you love bingo with all the games you’ve played, what is your favourite room and chat game and who is your favourite Chat Host?:
Mary60: My favorite Room is Engaged Ladies, though I always go into Champagne Time because I always win in there. The chat hosts – I love them all. They’re the best! As for chat games, I don’t chat or play chat games because I’m too slow. By the time everyone else answers, my answer comes up and it looks like I’m stupid or something. I love to watch the chat games though because I get a laugh off of the answers.
Cookie: How many tickets do you usually buy for this game?
Mary60: I don’t play it that much, I usually buy the minimum and haven’t played it for months. But this month I kept buying tickets every time I won something. I’d buy like 1 or 2 tickets a day until I eventually maxed out. I think I’ll start playing all jackpots from now on. It feels really good to actually have a big win. I still can’t believe it!
Cookie: Have you got lucky numbers or routines or superstitions?
Mary60: I don’t pay much attention to bingo anymore to be honest, I love the instant games though. I’m retired you see so I’ll come on here when I’m bored. I only play on 888ladies and I’m not likely to leave.
Cookie: What is the first thing you’re going to buy with your newly acquired wealth?
Mary60: Well I want to get my grankids something nice, I’m not sure of what yet. And I want to get my son clothes shopping before he goes out again on a tour of duty. I’m a really good mum. 
I also want to put some money in the bank, I’ve been losing a lot lately so it’s nice to actually put something back in.
Cookie: Are you going to play the next £8,888 jackpot?
Mary60: Yes definitely. Winning the whole lot is good but a share is great too. At least someone else gets to win something too. Even though my account, is over £4,000, I’m still making deposits with the bonus code, because I just can’t pass up a good deal. I can’t wait to do some shopping!
